Outputs are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose.
We and our AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) may retain rights to use anonymized data to improve their models.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotifyIO Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sindh, Pakistan.
